Daniel Peacock

"Three For Fall"

October 3 - November 2, 2003

A native of Southern California and a graduate of Art Center College of Design, Daniel Peacock has participated in our "Uncommercial Art by Commercial Artist" exhibits in the past as well as other group shows. Many of his works are painted on aged and yellowed book pages, appearing like doodles from long ago. Daniel Peacock's influences range from 1930s animation and advertising, marimba music, Neo Rauch, Ub Iwerks, Amadeo Modigliani, and a good cup of coffee. Currently he is designing theater posters, limited edition Giclee prints, and has had recent exhibitions at Tin Man Alley Gallery in Pennsylvania. This will be his second featured exhibition at La Luz de Jesus.
