Dave Dexter started drawing cartoons when he was 5 years old and over the years his talent developed a pretty impressive technique and style.  His professional art training ranges from great professors to fellow artists but a great portion of his talent is self taught.  His experience and training enables him to paint a wide range of styles including anything from a lowbrow juxtapose pop culture kind of style with a twist, to classical realism.  As stated in his artist bio Dexter creates a puzzle of imagery and visual puns that mirror current events, popular/unpopular  topics and cultures, and his own life.
