Nouar spent her early childhood in Berlin, Germany.  Much of her youth was spent basking in the glow of
the television set, watching cartoons which continue to inspire her art. These days, she spends time making recipes from old cookbooks, collecting vintage gelatin molds and listening to the Stanley Brothers. Nouar recently graduated from Art Center College of Design, and is currently working at Nickelodeon Animation Studios. This will be Nouar's second exhibition of paintings at La Luz de Jesus Gallery.
