The paintings of Daniel Peacock raise the curtain on a circus of the mind, both fanciful and sinister.  Humans and critters of wild diversity inhabit a richly conceived dreamscape, as if Fellini shared a peace pipe with Dr. Seuss. Uncategorized, the painting can only be found in the imagination of Daniel Peacock.

  A native of Southern California and a graduate of Art Center College of Design, he found inspiration while growing up looking at 1930’s animation and with a grandfather who exposed him directly to the joy of drawing cartoons. Daniel recently worked with public radio station KCRW, where he illustrated their cd, concert poster, and movie trailer for “Sounds Eclectic 3”. Daniel Peacock has participated in several group shows at La Luz de Jesus Gallery, this is his first solo show .
